Terms & Conditions

Design Pricing:
Our design estimates include (1) one round of initial comps and (2) rounds of edits. Additional rounds of edits may be subject to change order fees. Any change order will be fully disclosed and approved by client prior to commencing. Unless otherwise noted, design projects do not include copy writing. Published design fees are subject to change up until the time of contract signing.

Design Proofing:
Viewing of initial design comps and additional editing rounds are conducted via emailed PDF proofs. A conference call is set up at each stage to discuss next steps. If a client practice prefers viewing design comps via mailed hard copy, additional comping fees may apply. These fees will be billed on a time + materials basis and are fully disclosed prior to commencement.

Copy Writing Fees:
Copy writing projects are quoted on a case-by-case basis, upon client request.

Print Management:
Practice Perfecters has the ability to print any project we design or write. Printing fees are NOT included in any of our design estimates. Please refer to the print management section of this site for specific print prices associated with a variety of projects. We can also provide print estimates for any additional print need not show. Specific terms and conditions for printing are viewable under this section heading.

Lead Times:
Lead times on projects may vary due to the size and scope of the project. We are a deadline driven organization and will make every effort to meet any reasonable and communicated deadline.

Financial Terms:
Practice Perfecters requires a contract agreement and 50% downpayment prior to the commencement of any project. The balance of the professional fees are due on 15 day net terms and will be billed after project completion. In rare instances, a project may be progress-billed if the size, scope or duration is outside the norm. Practices will be informed if they are going to receive progress billing.

Payment Methods:
Practice Perfecters honors VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Check or Money Order as methods of payment.

Participating Partners:
Practice Perfecters partners with online, print and media planning organizations to facilitate or fulfill some client projects. In all cases, partner fees are included in our estimates. Partnering organizations may direct-bill practices for their portion of the given project.

Creative Property:
Practices have unlimited rights to use any creative asset Practice Perfecters develops on their behalf (with the exception
of licensed "rights-protected" photography). However, Practice Perfecters has ownership of these creative assets, and can use them for promotional and/or educational purposes. Practices may obtain their electronic project files for unlimited use upon request. There is a $45 fee for collecting, packaging and sending files / per request.

Geographic Exclusivity:
Because Practice Perfecters creates wholly custom solutions specific to each individual practice, we generally do not limit our services in any geographic region. We are completely confidential in our business practices and do not share the competitive information of our client practices outside what is already in the public domain.
